FlexPainter: Flexible and Multi-View Consistent Texture Generation

Texture map production is an important part of 3D modeling and determines the rendering quality. Recently, diffusion-based methods have opened a new way for texture generation. However, restricted control flexibility and limited prompt modalities may prevent creators from producing desired results. Furthermore, inconsistencies between generated multi-view images often lead to poor texture generation quality. To address these issues, we introduce FlexPainter, a novel texture generation pipeline that enables flexible multi-modal conditional guidance and achieves highly consistent texture generation. A shared conditional embedding space is constructed to perform flexible aggregation between different input modalities. Utilizing such embedding space, we present an image-based CFG method to decompose structural and style information, achieving reference image-based stylization. Leveraging the 3D knowledge within the image diffusion prior, we first generate multi-view images simultaneously using a grid representation to enhance global understanding. Meanwhile, we propose a view synchronization and adaptive weighting module during diffusion sampling to further ensure local consistency. Finally, a 3D-aware texture completion model combined with a texture enhancement model is used to generate seamless, high-resolution texture maps. Comprehensive experiments demonstrate that our framework significantly outperforms state-of-the-art methods in both flexibility and generation quality.

SyncHuman: Synchronizing 2D and 3D Generative Models for Single-view Human Reconstruction

Photorealistic 3D full-body human reconstruction from a single image is a critical yet challenging task for applications in films and video games due to inherent ambiguities and severe self-occlusions. While recent approaches leverage SMPL estimation and SMPL-conditioned image generative models to hallucinate novel views, they suffer from inaccurate 3D priors estimated from SMPL meshes and have difficulty in handling difficult human poses and reconstructing fine details. In this paper, we propose SyncHuman, a novel framework that combines 2D multiview generative model and 3D native generative model for the first time, enabling high-quality clothed human mesh reconstruction from single-view images even under challenging human poses. Multiview generative model excels at capturing fine 2D details but struggles with structural consistency, whereas 3D native generative model generates coarse yet structurally consistent 3D shapes. By integrating the complementary strengths of these two approaches, we develop a more effective generation framework. Specifically, we first jointly fine-tune the multiview generative model and the 3D native generative model with proposed pixel-aligned 2D-3D synchronization attention to produce geometrically aligned 3D shapes and 2D multiview images. To further improve details, we introduce a feature injection mechanism that lifts fine details from 2D multiview images onto the aligned 3D shapes, enabling accurate and high-fidelity reconstruction. Extensive experiments demonstrate that SyncHuman achieves robust and photo-realistic 3D human reconstruction, even for images with challenging poses. Our method outperforms baseline methods in geometric accuracy and visual fidelity, demonstrating a promising direction for future 3D generation models.

MultiView-Bench: A Diagnostic Benchmark for World-Centric Multi-View Integration in VLMs

Recent benchmarks for VLMs largely assess single- or limited-view perception, leaving untested the core cognitive ability to integrate observations across viewpoints into a coherent, world-centric (allocentric) 3D mental model. We introduce MultiView-Bench, a diagnostic benchmark expressly designed to evaluate multi-view integration for holistic 3D scene comprehension. Unlike existing datasets that focus on pixel-level mapping or camera-relative navigation, MultiView-Bench requires models to decouple object positioning from transient perspectives and ground them in a fixed global coordinate system. This capability serves as a prerequisite for VLMs before being deployed for downstream tasks such as mechanical part assembly. Our systematic evaluation of frontier VLMs reveals consistent failure modes: strong performance on 2D planar relations from a single image, but marked difficulty with 3D spatial relations and with aggregating information across views. We further identify biases in VLMs, such as struggles with unconventional axis directions and sensitivity to object colorways and texture variations. Acknowledging these limitations, we propose ViewNavigator, which uses active viewpoint selection and evidence fusion to improve four base models by 12.3--20.0 percentage points under a six-image cap matching the fixed-view baseline; budget-extended gains are model-dependent and reach 27 percentage points for GPT-5.

AsyncBEV: Cross-modal Flow Alignment in Asynchronous 3D Object Detection

In autonomous driving, multi-modal perception tasks like 3D object detection typically rely on well-synchronized sensors, both at training and inference. However, despite the use of hardware- or software-based synchronization algorithms, perfect synchrony is rarely guaranteed: Sensors may operate at different frequencies, and real-world factors such as network latency, hardware failures, or processing bottlenecks often introduce time offsets between sensors. Such asynchrony degrades perception performance, especially for dynamic objects. To address this challenge, we propose AsyncBEV, a trainable lightweight and generic module to improve the robustness of 3D Birds' Eye View (BEV) object detection models against sensor asynchrony. Inspired by scene flow estimation, AsyncBEV first estimates the 2D flow from the BEV features of two different sensor modalities, taking into account the known time offset between these sensor measurements. The predicted feature flow is then used to warp and spatially align the feature maps, which we show can easily be integrated into different current BEV detector architectures (e.g., BEV grid-based and token-based). Extensive experiments demonstrate AsyncBEV improves robustness against both small and large asynchrony between LiDAR or camera sensors in both the token-based CMT and grid-based UniBEV, especially for dynamic objects. We significantly outperform the ego motion compensated CMT and UniBEV baselines, notably by 16.6 % and 11.9 % NDS on dynamic objects in the worst-case scenario of a 0.5 s time offset. Code will be released upon acceptance.

SyncMV4D: Synchronized Multi-view Joint Diffusion of Appearance and Motion for Hand-Object Interaction Synthesis

Hand-Object Interaction (HOI) generation plays a critical role in advancing applications across animation and robotics. Current video-based methods are predominantly single-view, which impedes comprehensive 3D geometry perception and often results in geometric distortions or unrealistic motion patterns. While 3D HOI approaches can generate dynamically plausible motions, their dependence on high-quality 3D data captured in controlled laboratory settings severely limits their generalization to real-world scenarios. To overcome these limitations, we introduce SyncMV4D, the first model that jointly generates synchronized multi-view HOI videos and 4D motions by unifying visual prior, motion dynamics, and multi-view geometry. Our framework features two core innovations: (1) a Multi-view Joint Diffusion (MJD) model that co-generates HOI videos and intermediate motions, and (2) a Diffusion Points Aligner (DPA) that refines the coarse intermediate motion into globally aligned 4D metric point tracks. To tightly couple 2D appearance with 4D dynamics, we establish a closed-loop, mutually enhancing cycle. During the diffusion denoising process, the generated video conditions the refinement of the 4D motion, while the aligned 4D point tracks are reprojected to guide next-step joint generation. Experimentally, our method demonstrates superior performance to state-of-the-art alternatives in visual realism, motion plausibility, and multi-view consistency.

DrivingDiffusion: Layout-Guided multi-view driving scene video generation with latent diffusion model

With the increasing popularity of autonomous driving based on the powerful and unified bird's-eye-view (BEV) representation, a demand for high-quality and large-scale multi-view video data with accurate annotation is urgently required. However, such large-scale multi-view data is hard to obtain due to expensive collection and annotation costs. To alleviate the problem, we propose a spatial-temporal consistent diffusion framework DrivingDiffusion, to generate realistic multi-view videos controlled by 3D layout. There are three challenges when synthesizing multi-view videos given a 3D layout: How to keep 1) cross-view consistency and 2) cross-frame consistency? 3) How to guarantee the quality of the generated instances? Our DrivingDiffusion solves the problem by cascading the multi-view single-frame image generation step, the single-view video generation step shared by multiple cameras, and post-processing that can handle long video generation. In the multi-view model, the consistency of multi-view images is ensured by information exchange between adjacent cameras. In the temporal model, we mainly query the information that needs attention in subsequent frame generation from the multi-view images of the first frame. We also introduce the local prompt to effectively improve the quality of generated instances. In post-processing, we further enhance the cross-view consistency of subsequent frames and extend the video length by employing temporal sliding window algorithm. Without any extra cost, our model can generate large-scale realistic multi-camera driving videos in complex urban scenes, fueling the downstream driving tasks. The code will be made publicly available.

GeoMVD: Geometry-Enhanced Multi-View Generation Model Based on Geometric Information Extraction

Multi-view image generation holds significant application value in computer vision, particularly in domains like 3D reconstruction, virtual reality, and augmented reality. Most existing methods, which rely on extending single images, face notable computational challenges in maintaining cross-view consistency and generating high-resolution outputs. To address these issues, we propose the Geometry-guided Multi-View Diffusion Model, which incorporates mechanisms for extracting multi-view geometric information and adjusting the intensity of geometric features to generate images that are both consistent across views and rich in detail. Specifically, we design a multi-view geometry information extraction module that leverages depth maps, normal maps, and foreground segmentation masks to construct a shared geometric structure, ensuring shape and structural consistency across different views. To enhance consistency and detail restoration during generation, we develop a decoupled geometry-enhanced attention mechanism that strengthens feature focus on key geometric details, thereby improving overall image quality and detail preservation. Furthermore, we apply an adaptive learning strategy that fine-tunes the model to better capture spatial relationships and visual coherence between the generated views, ensuring realistic results. Our model also incorporates an iterative refinement process that progressively improves the output quality through multiple stages of image generation. Finally, a dynamic geometry information intensity adjustment mechanism is proposed to adaptively regulate the influence of geometric data, optimizing overall quality while ensuring the naturalness of generated images. MV-Performer: Taming Video Diffusion Model for Faithful and Synchronized Multi-view Performer Synthesis

Recent breakthroughs in video generation, powered by large-scale datasets and diffusion techniques, have shown that video diffusion models can function as implicit 4D novel view synthesizers. Nevertheless, current methods primarily concentrate on redirecting camera trajectory within the front view while struggling to generate 360-degree viewpoint changes. In this paper, we focus on human-centric subdomain and present MV-Performer, an innovative framework for creating synchronized novel view videos from monocular full-body captures. To achieve a 360-degree synthesis, we extensively leverage the MVHumanNet dataset and incorporate an informative condition signal. Specifically, we use the camera-dependent normal maps rendered from oriented partial point clouds, which effectively alleviate the ambiguity between seen and unseen observations. To maintain synchronization in the generated videos, we propose a multi-view human-centric video diffusion model that fuses information from the reference video, partial rendering, and different viewpoints. Additionally, we provide a robust inference procedure for in-the-wild video cases, which greatly mitigates the artifacts induced by imperfect monocular depth estimation. Extensive experiments on three datasets demonstrate our MV-Performer's state-of-the-art effectiveness and robustness, setting a strong model for human-centric 4D novel view synthesis.

Rethinking Amodal Video Segmentation from Learning Supervised Signals with Object-centric Representation

Video amodal segmentation is a particularly challenging task in computer vision, which requires to deduce the full shape of an object from the visible parts of it. Recently, some studies have achieved promising performance by using motion flow to integrate information across frames under a self-supervised setting. However, motion flow has a clear limitation by the two factors of moving cameras and object deformation. This paper presents a rethinking to previous works. We particularly leverage the supervised signals with object-centric representation in real-world scenarios. The underlying idea is the supervision signal of the specific object and the features from different views can mutually benefit the deduction of the full mask in any specific frame. We thus propose an Efficient object-centric Representation amodal Segmentation (EoRaS). Specially, beyond solely relying on supervision signals, we design a translation module to project image features into the Bird's-Eye View (BEV), which introduces 3D information to improve current feature quality. Furthermore, we propose a multi-view fusion layer based temporal module which is equipped with a set of object slots and interacts with features from different views by attention mechanism to fulfill sufficient object representation completion. As a result, the full mask of the object can be decoded from image features updated by object slots. Extensive experiments on both real-world and synthetic benchmarks demonstrate the superiority of our proposed method, achieving state-of-the-art performance. Our code will be released at https://github.com/kfan21/EoRaS.

DroneMOT: Drone-based Multi-Object Tracking Considering Detection Difficulties and Simultaneous Moving of Drones and Objects

Multi-object tracking (MOT) on static platforms, such as by surveillance cameras, has achieved significant progress, with various paradigms providing attractive performances. However, the effectiveness of traditional MOT methods is significantly reduced when it comes to dynamic platforms like drones. This decrease is attributed to the distinctive challenges in the MOT-on-drone scenario: (1) objects are generally small in the image plane, blurred, and frequently occluded, making them challenging to detect and recognize; (2) drones move and see objects from different angles, causing the unreliability of the predicted positions and feature embeddings of the objects. This paper proposes DroneMOT, which firstly proposes a Dual-domain Integrated Attention (DIA) module that considers the fast movements of drones to enhance the drone-based object detection and feature embedding for small-sized, blurred, and occluded objects. Then, an innovative Motion-Driven Association (MDA) scheme is introduced, considering the concurrent movements of both the drone and the objects. Within MDA, an Adaptive Feature Synchronization (AFS) technique is presented to update the object features seen from different angles. Additionally, a Dual Motion-based Prediction (DMP) method is employed to forecast the object positions. Finally, both the refined feature embeddings and the predicted positions are integrated to enhance the object association. Comprehensive evaluations on VisDrone2019-MOT and UAVDT datasets show that DroneMOT provides substantial performance improvements over the state-of-the-art in the domain of MOT on drones.

VideoMV: Consistent Multi-View Generation Based on Large Video Generative Model

Generating multi-view images based on text or single-image prompts is a critical capability for the creation of 3D content. Two fundamental questions on this topic are what data we use for training and how to ensure multi-view consistency. This paper introduces a novel framework that makes fundamental contributions to both questions. Unlike leveraging images from 2D diffusion models for training, we propose a dense consistent multi-view generation model that is fine-tuned from off-the-shelf video generative models. Images from video generative models are more suitable for multi-view generation because the underlying network architecture that generates them employs a temporal module to enforce frame consistency. Moreover, the video data sets used to train these models are abundant and diverse, leading to a reduced train-finetuning domain gap. To enhance multi-view consistency, we introduce a 3D-Aware Denoising Sampling, which first employs a feed-forward reconstruction module to get an explicit global 3D model, and then adopts a sampling strategy that effectively involves images rendered from the global 3D model into the denoising sampling loop to improve the multi-view consistency of the final images. As a by-product, this module also provides a fast way to create 3D assets represented by 3D Gaussians within a few seconds. Our approach can generate 24 dense views and converges much faster in training than state-of-the-art approaches (4 GPU hours versus many thousand GPU hours) with comparable visual quality and consistency. By further fine-tuning, our approach outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods in both quantitative metrics and visual effects. Our project page is aigc3d.github.io/VideoMV.

MV-SAM3D: Adaptive Multi-View Fusion for Layout-Aware 3D Generation

Recent unified 3D generation models have made remarkable progress in producing high-quality 3D assets from a single image. Notably, layout-aware approaches such as SAM3D can reconstruct multiple objects while preserving their spatial arrangement, opening the door to practical scene-level 3D generation. However, current methods are limited to single-view input and cannot leverage complementary multi-view observations, while independently estimated object poses often lead to physically implausible layouts such as interpenetration and floating artifacts. We present MV-SAM3D, a training-free framework that extends layout-aware 3D generation with multi-view consistency and physical plausibility. We formulate multi-view fusion as a Multi-Diffusion process in 3D latent space and propose two adaptive weighting strategies -- attention-entropy weighting and visibility weighting -- that enable confidence-aware fusion, ensuring each viewpoint contributes according to its local observation reliability. For multi-object composition, we introduce physics-aware optimization that injects collision and contact constraints both during and after generation, yielding physically plausible object arrangements. Experiments on standard benchmarks and real-world multi-object scenes demonstrate significant improvements in reconstruction fidelity and layout plausibility, all without any additional training. Code is available at https://github.com/devinli123/MV-SAM3D.

OrthoPhys: Physically Plausible Video Generation with Orthogonal-View Geometry Guidance

Recent progress in video generation has led to substantial improvements in visual fidelity, yet ensuring physically consistent motion remains a fundamental challenge. Intuitively, this limitation can be attributed to the fact that real-world object motion unfolds in three-dimensional space, while video observations provide only partial, view-dependent projections of such dynamics. To address these issues, we propose OrthoPhys, a two-stage framework that leverages orthogonal-view geometry guidance to enforce physical plausibility. Instead of directly generating unstructured 2D videos, our first stage generates synchronized, four-view orthogonal videos of the foreground dynamics. By incorporating a geometry-enhanced attention mechanism across these orthogonal views, this stage effectively enforces 3D spatial coherence and implicitly grounds the motion in physical attributes. In the second stage, these physically consistent orthogonal foregrounds serve as rigid guidance to synthesize the final complete video, seamlessly learning the interaction between foreground dynamics and the background context. To support this orthogonal-view training paradigm, we construct PhysMV, a dataset containing 40K scenes, each consisting of four orthogonal viewpoints, resulting in a total of 160K video sequences. Extensive experiments demonstrate that OrthoPhys significantly improves physical realism and spatial-temporal coherence over existing video generation methods. VIMI: Vehicle-Infrastructure Multi-view Intermediate Fusion for Camera-based 3D Object Detection

In autonomous driving, Vehicle-Infrastructure Cooperative 3D Object Detection (VIC3D) makes use of multi-view cameras from both vehicles and traffic infrastructure, providing a global vantage point with rich semantic context of road conditions beyond a single vehicle viewpoint. Two major challenges prevail in VIC3D: 1) inherent calibration noise when fusing multi-view images, caused by time asynchrony across cameras; 2) information loss when projecting 2D features into 3D space. To address these issues, We propose a novel 3D object detection framework, Vehicles-Infrastructure Multi-view Intermediate fusion (VIMI). First, to fully exploit the holistic perspectives from both vehicles and infrastructure, we propose a Multi-scale Cross Attention (MCA) module that fuses infrastructure and vehicle features on selective multi-scales to correct the calibration noise introduced by camera asynchrony. Then, we design a Camera-aware Channel Masking (CCM) module that uses camera parameters as priors to augment the fused features. We further introduce a Feature Compression (FC) module with channel and spatial compression blocks to reduce the size of transmitted features for enhanced efficiency. Experiments show that VIMI achieves 15.61% overall AP_3D and 21.44% AP_BEV on the new VIC3D dataset, DAIR-V2X-C, significantly outperforming state-of-the-art early fusion and late fusion methods with comparable transmission cost.

DIVOTrack: A Novel Dataset and Baseline Method for Cross-View Multi-Object Tracking in DIVerse Open Scenes

Cross-view multi-object tracking aims to link objects between frames and camera views with substantial overlaps. Although cross-view multi-object tracking has received increased attention in recent years, existing datasets still have several issues, including 1) missing real-world scenarios, 2) lacking diverse scenes, 3) owning a limited number of tracks, 4) comprising only static cameras, and 5) lacking standard benchmarks, which hinder the investigation and comparison of cross-view tracking methods. To solve the aforementioned issues, we introduce DIVOTrack: a new cross-view multi-object tracking dataset for DIVerse Open scenes with dense tracking pedestrians in realistic and non-experimental environments. Our DIVOTrack has ten distinct scenarios and 550 cross-view tracks, surpassing all cross-view multi-object tracking datasets currently available. Furthermore, we provide a novel baseline cross-view tracking method with a unified joint detection and cross-view tracking framework named CrossMOT, which learns object detection, single-view association, and cross-view matching with an all-in-one embedding model. Finally, we present a summary of current methodologies and a set of standard benchmarks with our DIVOTrack to provide a fair comparison and conduct a comprehensive analysis of current approaches and our proposed CrossMOT. Rethinking Multi-view Representation Learning via Distilled Disentangling

Multi-view representation learning aims to derive robust representations that are both view-consistent and view-specific from diverse data sources. This paper presents an in-depth analysis of existing approaches in this domain, highlighting a commonly overlooked aspect: the redundancy between view-consistent and view-specific representations. To this end, we propose an innovative framework for multi-view representation learning, which incorporates a technique we term 'distilled disentangling'. Our method introduces the concept of masked cross-view prediction, enabling the extraction of compact, high-quality view-consistent representations from various sources without incurring extra computational overhead. Additionally, we develop a distilled disentangling module that efficiently filters out consistency-related information from multi-view representations, resulting in purer view-specific representations. This approach significantly reduces redundancy between view-consistent and view-specific representations, enhancing the overall efficiency of the learning process. Our empirical evaluations reveal that higher mask ratios substantially improve the quality of view-consistent representations. Moreover, we find that reducing the dimensionality of view-consistent representations relative to that of view-specific representations further refines the quality of the combined representations. Our code is accessible at: https://github.com/Guanzhou-Ke/MRDD.

View-Consistent 3D Scene Editing via Dual-Path Structural Correspondense and Semantic Continuity

Text-driven 3D scene editing has recently attracted increasing attention. Most existing methods follow a render-edit-optimize pipeline, where multi-view images are rendered from a 3D scene, edited with 2D image editors, and then used to optimize the underlying 3D representation. However, cross-view inconsistency remains a major bottleneck. Although recent methods introduce geometric cues, cross-view interactions, or video priors to mitigate this issue, they still largely rely on inference-time synchronization and thus remain limited in robustness and generalization. In this work, we recast multi-view consistent 3D editing from a distributional perspective: 3D scene editing essentially requires a joint distribution modeling across viewpoints.Based on this insight, we propose a view-consistent 3D editing framework that explicitly introduces cross-view dependencies into the editing process. Furthermore, motivated by the observation that structural correspondence and semantic continuity rely on different cross-view cues, we introduce a dual-path consistency mechanism consisting of projection-guided structural guidance and patch-level semantic propagation for effective cross-view editing. Further, we construct a paired multi-view editing dataset that provides reliable supervision for learning cross-view consistency in edited scenes. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method achieves superior editing performance with precise and consistent views for complex scenes.

Full-4D: Generating Full-Scope 4D Scenes from a Single-View Video

Generating 4D scenes from a single-view video is inherently ill-posed: a single viewpoint lacks the information needed to recover a complete, dynamic scene with full coverage. Existing methods are typically limited to monocular videos, simple 3D effects, or only small viewpoint perturbations around the original viewpoint, falling short of true 4D generation. Meanwhile, the lack of large-scale datasets capturing full-scope 4D scenes with synchronized multi-view videos further hinders progress in this direction. We propose a novel single-view video-to-4D framework that casts full-scope 4D generation as a multi-view video synthesis followed by optimization-based 4D reconstruction from the generated views. To instantiate this formulation end-to-end, we make three key contributions. First, we introduce Real-MV-4D, a large-scale dataset of synchronized multi-view videos captured in diverse real-world environments to provide the 4D supervision. Second, we train a multi-view video diffusion model driven by a novel fused time(T)-view(V) attention mechanism that directly embeds geometric reprojection priors and explicit camera conditioning into its view-time interactions. Unlike basic feature fusion, this direct binding strictly aligns the generation process with physical 3D priors to produce a dense, synchronized Ttimes V video grid. Third, rather than relying on non-interactive and inconsistent 2D video interpolations, we lift the synthesized multi-view videos into an explicit 4D representation (i.e. 4DGS), regularized by a Flow Matching Distillation loss that exploits the multi-view prior to improve novel-view rendering. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method outperforms existing approaches in both visual fidelity and geometric consistency, enabling full-scope 4D scene generation from single-view videos.

Animate3D: Animating Any 3D Model with Multi-view Video Diffusion

Recent advances in 4D generation mainly focus on generating 4D content by distilling pre-trained text or single-view image-conditioned models. It is inconvenient for them to take advantage of various off-the-shelf 3D assets with multi-view attributes, and their results suffer from spatiotemporal inconsistency owing to the inherent ambiguity in the supervision signals. In this work, we present Animate3D, a novel framework for animating any static 3D model. The core idea is two-fold: 1) We propose a novel multi-view video diffusion model (MV-VDM) conditioned on multi-view renderings of the static 3D object, which is trained on our presented large-scale multi-view video dataset (MV-Video). 2) Based on MV-VDM, we introduce a framework combining reconstruction and 4D Score Distillation Sampling (4D-SDS) to leverage the multi-view video diffusion priors for animating 3D objects. Specifically, for MV-VDM, we design a new spatiotemporal attention module to enhance spatial and temporal consistency by integrating 3D and video diffusion models. Additionally, we leverage the static 3D model's multi-view renderings as conditions to preserve its identity. For animating 3D models, an effective two-stage pipeline is proposed: we first reconstruct motions directly from generated multi-view videos, followed by the introduced 4D-SDS to refine both appearance and motion. Qualitative and quantitative experiments demonstrate that Animate3D significantly outperforms previous approaches. Data, code, and models will be open-released.

In-Context Sync-LoRA for Portrait Video Editing

Editing portrait videos is a challenging task that requires flexible yet precise control over a wide range of modifications, such as appearance changes, expression edits, or the addition of objects. The key difficulty lies in preserving the subject's original temporal behavior, demanding that every edited frame remains precisely synchronized with the corresponding source frame. We present Sync-LoRA, a method for editing portrait videos that achieves high-quality visual modifications while maintaining frame-accurate synchronization and identity consistency. Our approach uses an image-to-video diffusion model, where the edit is defined by modifying the first frame and then propagated to the entire sequence. To enable accurate synchronization, we train an in-context LoRA using paired videos that depict identical motion trajectories but differ in appearance. These pairs are automatically generated and curated through a synchronization-based filtering process that selects only the most temporally aligned examples for training. This training setup teaches the model to combine motion cues from the source video with the visual changes introduced in the edited first frame. Trained on a compact, highly curated set of synchronized human portraits, Sync-LoRA generalizes to unseen identities and diverse edits (e.g., modifying appearance, adding objects, or changing backgrounds), robustly handling variations in pose and expression. Our results demonstrate high visual fidelity and strong temporal coherence, achieving a robust balance between edit fidelity and precise motion preservation.

WonderFree: Enhancing Novel View Quality and Cross-View Consistency for 3D Scene Exploration

Interactive 3D scene generation from a single image has gained significant attention due to its potential to create immersive virtual worlds. However, a key challenge in current 3D generation methods is the limited explorability, which cannot render high-quality images during larger maneuvers beyond the original viewpoint, particularly when attempting to move forward into unseen areas. To address this challenge, we propose WonderFree, the first model that enables users to interactively generate 3D worlds with the freedom to explore from arbitrary angles and directions. Specifically, we decouple this challenge into two key subproblems: novel view quality, which addresses visual artifacts and floating issues in novel views, and cross-view consistency, which ensures spatial consistency across different viewpoints. To enhance rendering quality in novel views, we introduce WorldRestorer, a data-driven video restoration model designed to eliminate floaters and artifacts. In addition, a data collection pipeline is presented to automatically gather training data for WorldRestorer, ensuring it can handle scenes with varying styles needed for 3D scene generation. Furthermore, to improve cross-view consistency, we propose ConsistView, a multi-view joint restoration mechanism that simultaneously restores multiple perspectives while maintaining spatiotemporal coherence. Experimental results demonstrate that WonderFree not only enhances rendering quality across diverse viewpoints but also significantly improves global coherence and consistency. These improvements are confirmed by CLIP-based metrics and a user study showing a 77.20% preference for WonderFree over WonderWorld enabling a seamless and immersive 3D exploration experience. The code, model, and data will be publicly available.

CalibFormer: A Transformer-based Automatic LiDAR-Camera Calibration Network

The fusion of LiDARs and cameras has been increasingly adopted in autonomous driving for perception tasks. The performance of such fusion-based algorithms largely depends on the accuracy of sensor calibration, which is challenging due to the difficulty of identifying common features across different data modalities. Previously, many calibration methods involved specific targets and/or manual intervention, which has proven to be cumbersome and costly. Learning-based online calibration methods have been proposed, but their performance is barely satisfactory in most cases. These methods usually suffer from issues such as sparse feature maps, unreliable cross-modality association, inaccurate calibration parameter regression, etc. In this paper, to address these issues, we propose CalibFormer, an end-to-end network for automatic LiDAR-camera calibration. We aggregate multiple layers of camera and LiDAR image features to achieve high-resolution representations. A multi-head correlation module is utilized to identify correlations between features more accurately. Lastly, we employ transformer architectures to estimate accurate calibration parameters from the correlation information. Our method achieved a mean translation error of 0.8751 cm and a mean rotation error of 0.0562 ^{circ} on the KITTI dataset, surpassing existing state-of-the-art methods and demonstrating strong robustness, accuracy, and generalization capabilities.

123D: Unifying Multi-Modal Autonomous Driving Data at Scale

The pursuit of autonomous driving has produced one of the richest sensor data collections in all of robotics. However, its scale and diversity remain largely untapped. Each dataset adopts different 2D and 3D modalities, such as cameras, lidar, ego states, annotations, traffic lights, and HD maps, with different rates and synchronization schemes. They come in fragmented formats requiring complex dependencies that cannot natively coexist in the same development environment. Further, major inconsistencies in annotation conventions prevent training or measuring generalization across multiple datasets. We present 123D, an open-source framework that unifies such multi-modal driving data through a single API. To handle synchronization, we store each modality as an independent timestamped event stream with no prescribed rate, enabling synchronous or asynchronous access across arbitrary datasets. Using 123D, we consolidate eight real-world driving datasets spanning 3,300 hours and 90,000 kilometers, together with a synthetic dataset with configurable collection scripts, and provide tools for data analysis and visualization. We conduct a systematic study comparing annotation statistics and assessing each dataset's pose and calibration accuracy. Further, we showcase two applications 123D enables: cross-dataset 3D object detection transfer and reinforcement learning for planning, and offer recommendations for future directions. Focus on Neighbors and Know the Whole: Towards Consistent Dense Multiview Text-to-Image Generator for 3D Creation

Generating dense multiview images from text prompts is crucial for creating high-fidelity 3D assets. Nevertheless, existing methods struggle with space-view correspondences, resulting in sparse and low-quality outputs. In this paper, we introduce CoSER, a novel consistent dense Multiview Text-to-Image Generator for Text-to-3D, achieving both efficiency and quality by meticulously learning neighbor-view coherence and further alleviating ambiguity through the swift traversal of all views. For achieving neighbor-view consistency, each viewpoint densely interacts with adjacent viewpoints to perceive the global spatial structure, and aggregates information along motion paths explicitly defined by physical principles to refine details. To further enhance cross-view consistency and alleviate content drift, CoSER rapidly scan all views in spiral bidirectional manner to aware holistic information and then scores each point based on semantic material. Subsequently, we conduct weighted down-sampling along the spatial dimension based on scores, thereby facilitating prominent information fusion across all views with lightweight computation. Technically, the core module is built by integrating the attention mechanism with a selective state space model, exploiting the robust learning capabilities of the former and the low overhead of the latter. Extensive evaluation shows that CoSER is capable of producing dense, high-fidelity, content-consistent multiview images that can be flexibly integrated into various 3D generation models.

NeRSemble: Multi-view Radiance Field Reconstruction of Human Heads

We focus on reconstructing high-fidelity radiance fields of human heads, capturing their animations over time, and synthesizing re-renderings from novel viewpoints at arbitrary time steps. To this end, we propose a new multi-view capture setup composed of 16 calibrated machine vision cameras that record time-synchronized images at 7.1 MP resolution and 73 frames per second. With our setup, we collect a new dataset of over 4700 high-resolution, high-framerate sequences of more than 220 human heads, from which we introduce a new human head reconstruction benchmark. The recorded sequences cover a wide range of facial dynamics, including head motions, natural expressions, emotions, and spoken language. In order to reconstruct high-fidelity human heads, we propose Dynamic Neural Radiance Fields using Hash Ensembles (NeRSemble). We represent scene dynamics by combining a deformation field and an ensemble of 3D multi-resolution hash encodings. The deformation field allows for precise modeling of simple scene movements, while the ensemble of hash encodings helps to represent complex dynamics. As a result, we obtain radiance field representations of human heads that capture motion over time and facilitate re-rendering of arbitrary novel viewpoints. In a series of experiments, we explore the design choices of our method and demonstrate that our approach outperforms state-of-the-art dynamic radiance field approaches by a significant margin.

POMATO: Marrying Pointmap Matching with Temporal Motion for Dynamic 3D Reconstruction

3D reconstruction in dynamic scenes primarily relies on the combination of geometry estimation and matching modules where the latter task is pivotal for distinguishing dynamic regions which can help to mitigate the interference introduced by camera and object motion. Furthermore, the matching module explicitly models object motion, enabling the tracking of specific targets and advancing motion understanding in complex scenarios. Recently, the proposed representation of pointmap in DUSt3R suggests a potential solution to unify both geometry estimation and matching in 3D space, but it still struggles with ambiguous matching in dynamic regions, which may hamper further improvement. In this work, we present POMATO, a unified framework for dynamic 3D reconstruction by marrying pointmap matching with temporal motion. Specifically, our method first learns an explicit matching relationship by mapping RGB pixels from both dynamic and static regions across different views to 3D pointmaps within a unified coordinate system. Furthermore, we introduce a temporal motion module for dynamic motions that ensures scale consistency across different frames and enhances performance in tasks requiring both precise geometry and reliable matching, most notably 3D point tracking. We show the effectiveness of the proposed pointmap matching and temporal fusion paradigm by demonstrating the remarkable performance across multiple downstream tasks, including video depth estimation, 3D point tracking, and pose estimation. Code and models are publicly available at https://github.com/wyddmw/POMATO.

Auto-Regressively Generating Multi-View Consistent Images

Generating multi-view images from human instructions is crucial for 3D content creation. The primary challenges involve maintaining consistency across multiple views and effectively synthesizing shapes and textures under diverse conditions. In this paper, we propose the Multi-View Auto-Regressive (MV-AR) method, which leverages an auto-regressive model to progressively generate consistent multi-view images from arbitrary prompts. Firstly, the next-token-prediction capability of the AR model significantly enhances its effectiveness in facilitating progressive multi-view synthesis. When generating widely-separated views, MV-AR can utilize all its preceding views to extract effective reference information. Subsequently, we propose a unified model that accommodates various prompts via architecture designing and training strategies. To address multiple conditions, we introduce condition injection modules for text, camera pose, image, and shape. To manage multi-modal conditions simultaneously, a progressive training strategy is employed. This strategy initially adopts the text-to-multi-view (t2mv) model as a baseline to enhance the development of a comprehensive X-to-multi-view (X2mv) model through the randomly dropping and combining conditions. Finally, to alleviate the overfitting problem caused by limited high-quality data, we propose the "Shuffle View" data augmentation technique, thus significantly expanding the training data by several magnitudes. Experiments demonstrate the performance and versatility of our MV-AR, which consistently generates consistent multi-view images across a range of conditions and performs on par with leading diffusion-based multi-view image generation models. Code and models will be released at https://github.com/MILab-PKU/MVAR.

SSMNBench: Diagnosing Image-based Cross-View Human-Object Understanding via Single-View Sufficiency and Multi-View Necessity

Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) have shown remarkable progress in single-image perception, yet their ability to reason about complex cross-view human-centric scenes remains largely unverified. Current multi-view benchmarks evaluate models using a fixed "bag of frames" and thus conflate a model's robustness to visual distraction with its genuine ability to fuse fragmented cross-view evidence. To address this issue, we introduce SSMNBench, a diagnostic benchmark comprising 3,300 curated QA pairs for cross-view human and human-object understanding. SSMNBench uniquely categorizes tasks into Single-View Sufficiency (SVS) and Multi-View Necessity (MVN). By systematically perturbing view availability across 17 state-of-the-art MLLMs, critical limitations are revealed: models suffer from severe "distraction degradation" when presented with redundant views (SVS), and fail to integrate fragmented geometric evidence across cameras (MVN). Our evaluations demonstrate that modern MLLMs rely on multiple single-image semantic averaging and view preference rather than genuine cross-view synthesis. By exposing these fundamental vulnerabilities, SSMNBench provides a rigorous diagnostic framework to drive the advancement of future cross-view-aware multimodal architectures. The code is available at: https://github.com/gtc-gh/SSMNBench{SSMNBench}

VaLID: Variable-Length Input Diffusion for Novel View Synthesis

Novel View Synthesis (NVS), which tries to produce a realistic image at the target view given source view images and their corresponding poses, is a fundamental problem in 3D Vision. As this task is heavily under-constrained, some recent work, like Zero123, tries to solve this problem with generative modeling, specifically using pre-trained diffusion models. Although this strategy generalizes well to new scenes, compared to neural radiance field-based methods, it offers low levels of flexibility. For example, it can only accept a single-view image as input, despite realistic applications often offering multiple input images. This is because the source-view images and corresponding poses are processed separately and injected into the model at different stages. Thus it is not trivial to generalize the model into multi-view source images, once they are available. To solve this issue, we try to process each pose image pair separately and then fuse them as a unified visual representation which will be injected into the model to guide image synthesis at the target-views. However, inconsistency and computation costs increase as the number of input source-view images increases. To solve these issues, the Multi-view Cross Former module is proposed which maps variable-length input data to fix-size output data. A two-stage training strategy is introduced to further improve the efficiency during training time. Qualitative and quantitative evaluation over multiple datasets demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method against previous approaches. The code will be released according to the acceptance.

Tuning-Free Multi-Event Long Video Generation via Synchronized Coupled Sampling

While recent advancements in text-to-video diffusion models enable high-quality short video generation from a single prompt, generating real-world long videos in a single pass remains challenging due to limited data and high computational costs. To address this, several works propose tuning-free approaches, i.e., extending existing models for long video generation, specifically using multiple prompts to allow for dynamic and controlled content changes. However, these methods primarily focus on ensuring smooth transitions between adjacent frames, often leading to content drift and a gradual loss of semantic coherence over longer sequences. To tackle such an issue, we propose Synchronized Coupled Sampling (SynCoS), a novel inference framework that synchronizes denoising paths across the entire video, ensuring long-range consistency across both adjacent and distant frames. Our approach combines two complementary sampling strategies: reverse and optimization-based sampling, which ensure seamless local transitions and enforce global coherence, respectively. However, directly alternating between these samplings misaligns denoising trajectories, disrupting prompt guidance and introducing unintended content changes as they operate independently. To resolve this, SynCoS synchronizes them through a grounded timestep and a fixed baseline noise, ensuring fully coupled sampling with aligned denoising paths. Extensive experiments show that SynCoS significantly improves multi-event long video generation, achieving smoother transitions and superior long-range coherence, outperforming previous approaches both quantitatively and qualitatively.

Towards Effective Multi-Moving-Camera Tracking: A New Dataset and Lightweight Link Model

Ensuring driving safety for autonomous vehicles has become increasingly crucial, highlighting the need for systematic tracking of on-road pedestrians. Most vehicles are equipped with visual sensors, however, the large-scale visual data has not been well studied yet. Multi-target multi-camera (MTMC) tracking systems are composed of two modules: single-camera tracking (SCT) and inter-camera tracking (ICT). To reliably coordinate between them, MTMC tracking has been a very complicated task, while tracking across multiple moving cameras makes it even more challenging. In this paper, we focus on multi-target multi-moving-camera (MTMMC) tracking, which is attracting increasing attention from the research community. Observing there are few datasets for MTMMC tracking, we collect a new dataset, called Multi-Moving-Camera Track (MMCT), which contains sequences under various driving scenarios. To address the common problems of identity switch easily faced by most existing SCT trackers, especially for moving cameras due to ego-motion between the camera and targets, a lightweight appearance-free global link model, called Linker, is proposed to mitigate the identity switch by associating two disjoint tracklets of the same target into a complete trajectory within the same camera. Incorporated with Linker, existing SCT trackers generally obtain a significant improvement. Moreover, to alleviate the impact of the image style variations caused by different cameras, a color transfer module is effectively incorporated to extract cross-camera consistent appearance features for pedestrian association across moving cameras for ICT, resulting in a much improved MTMMC tracking system, which can constitute a step further towards coordinated mining of multiple moving cameras. 2L3: Lifting Imperfect Generated 2D Images into Accurate 3D

Reconstructing 3D objects from a single image is an intriguing but challenging problem. One promising solution is to utilize multi-view (MV) 3D reconstruction to fuse generated MV images into consistent 3D objects. However, the generated images usually suffer from inconsistent lighting, misaligned geometry, and sparse views, leading to poor reconstruction quality. To cope with these problems, we present a novel 3D reconstruction framework that leverages intrinsic decomposition guidance, transient-mono prior guidance, and view augmentation to cope with the three issues, respectively. Specifically, we first leverage to decouple the shading information from the generated images to reduce the impact of inconsistent lighting; then, we introduce mono prior with view-dependent transient encoding to enhance the reconstructed normal; and finally, we design a view augmentation fusion strategy that minimizes pixel-level loss in generated sparse views and semantic loss in augmented random views, resulting in view-consistent geometry and detailed textures. Our approach, therefore, enables the integration of a pre-trained MV image generator and a neural network-based volumetric signed distance function (SDF) representation for a single image to 3D object reconstruction. We evaluate our framework on various datasets and demonstrate its superior performance in both quantitative and qualitative assessments, signifying a significant advancement in 3D object reconstruction. Compared with the latest state-of-the-art method Syncdreamer~liu2023syncdreamer, we reduce the Chamfer Distance error by about 36\% and improve PSNR by about 30\% .

SurgicalMamba: Dual-Path SSD with State Regramming for Online Surgical Phase Recognition

Online surgical phase recognition (SPR) underpins context-aware operating-room systems and requires committing to a prediction at every frame from past context alone. Surgical video poses three demands that natural-video recognizers do not jointly address: procedures span tens of thousands of frames, time flows non-uniformly as long routine stretches are punctuated by brief phase-defining transitions, and the visual domain is narrow so backbone features are strongly correlated across channels. Existing recognizers either let per-frame cost grow with elapsed length, or hold cost bounded but advance state at a uniform rate with channel-independent dynamics, leaving the latter two demands unaddressed. We present SurgicalMamba, a causal SPR model built on Mamba2's structured state-space duality (SSD) that holds per-frame cost at O(d). It introduces three SSD-compatible components, each targeting one demand: a dual-path SSD block that separates long- and short-term regimes at the level of recurrent state; intensity-modulated stepping, a continuous-time time-warp that adapts the slow path's effective rate to phase-relevant information; and state regramming, a per-chunk Cayley rotation that opens cross-channel mixing in the otherwise axis-aligned SSM recurrence. The learned rotation planes inherit a phase-aligned structure without any direct supervision, offering an interpretable internal signature of surgical workflow. Across seven public SPR benchmarks, SurgicalMamba reaches state-of-the-art accuracy and phase-level Jaccard under strict online evaluation: 94.6%/82.7% on Cholec80 (+0.7 pp/+2.2 pp over the strongest prior) and 89.5%/68.9% on AutoLaparo (+1.7 pp/+2.0 pp), at 119 fps on a single GPU. Ablations isolate the contribution of each component. The code is publicly available at https://github.com/sukjuoh/Surgical-Mamba.

Plenoptic Video Generation

Camera-controlled generative video re-rendering methods, such as ReCamMaster, have achieved remarkable progress. However, despite their success in single-view setting, these works often struggle to maintain consistency across multi-view scenarios. Ensuring spatio-temporal coherence in hallucinated regions remains challenging due to the inherent stochasticity of generative models. To address it, we introduce PlenopticDreamer, a framework that synchronizes generative hallucinations to maintain spatio-temporal memory. The core idea is to train a multi-in-single-out video-conditioned model in an autoregressive manner, aided by a camera-guided video retrieval strategy that adaptively selects salient videos from previous generations as conditional inputs. In addition, Our training incorporates progressive context-scaling to improve convergence, self-conditioning to enhance robustness against long-range visual degradation caused by error accumulation, and a long-video conditioning mechanism to support extended video generation. Extensive experiments on the Basic and Agibot benchmarks demonstrate that PlenopticDreamer achieves state-of-the-art video re-rendering, delivering superior view synchronization, high-fidelity visuals, accurate camera control, and diverse view transformations (e.g., third-person to third-person, and head-view to gripper-view in robotic manipulation). SyncReward: Human-Aligned Synchronization Reward for Audio-Visual Generation

Recent years have witnessed rapid progress in joint audio--visual generation. However, audio--visual synchronization remains a challenge, as generated speech and sound often temporally misalign with visual events. A key bottleneck is the lack of human-annotated data, reliable evaluation benchmarks, and synchronization-aware evaluation models for generated audio--visual outputs. To address these limitations, we conduct a comprehensive study spanning data, benchmarking, and reward modeling. We first introduce SyncReward-Data-80K, a dataset containing 80K professional synchronization ratings for clips from eight audio--visual generators. A taxonomy-guided construction pipeline covers four sound-event families: Speech, Onset, Instrument, and Ambient. We further construct SyncReward-Bench, a held-out benchmark of 1K clips, each independently rated by multiple professionals. Using this benchmark, we systematically evaluate specialized synchronization metrics and omni-modal models, revealing their substantial misalignment with human judgments. Finally, we develop SyncReward, a reward model that combines semantic--temporal contrastive pretraining on real clips with human supervision on generated clips. As an evaluation metric, SyncReward achieves the strongest agreement with human ratings among the evaluated methods. As a reward, it improves synchronization through inference-time best-of-N selection and reinforcement learning based post-training. We will release the data, benchmark, model, and code at https://github.com/WeChatCV/SyncReward.

AnyTrack: Unifying Visual Object Tracking with Any Modalities

Visual object tracking aims to continuously locate specific targets within sequential frames, evolving from single-modal methods to multi-modal ones. However, existing multi-modal trackers are typically designed for fixed modality combinations, requiring separate models for different inputs. This leads to a poor adaptability to missing or imperfect modalities, and limited generalization. To address these issues, we propose a novel unified framework called AnyTrack for object tracking with any modalities. Specifically, we design a Modality-aware Interaction Module (MIM) to facilitate dynamic interaction across diverse modalities. This module bridges modality discrepancies and aggregates temporal cues to maintain spatio-temporal consistency during cross-modal interaction. Furthermore, we introduce a Context Understanding Module (CUM) to establish spatial correspondence between visual features and target locations via global-local prompts. This module employs target-aware context modeling to enhance foreground-background discrimination for precise localization. Finally, to support the training and evaluation under diverse modalities, we extend existing multi-modal object tracking benchmarks by incorporating grayscale images, language descriptions, and audio clips. Extensive experiments with both complete and missing modality settings demonstrate that our AnyTrack achieves state-of-the-art performance, validating its effectiveness and flexibility. CoDynTrust: Robust Asynchronous Collaborative Perception via Dynamic Feature Trust Modulus

Collaborative perception, fusing information from multiple agents, can extend perception range so as to improve perception performance. However, temporal asynchrony in real-world environments, caused by communication delays, clock misalignment, or sampling configuration differences, can lead to information mismatches. If this is not well handled, then the collaborative performance is patchy, and what's worse safety accidents may occur. To tackle this challenge, we propose CoDynTrust, an uncertainty-encoded asynchronous fusion perception framework that is robust to the information mismatches caused by temporal asynchrony. CoDynTrust generates dynamic feature trust modulus (DFTM) for each region of interest by modeling aleatoric and epistemic uncertainty as well as selectively suppressing or retaining single-vehicle features, thereby mitigating information mismatches. We then design a multi-scale fusion module to handle multi-scale feature maps processed by DFTM. Compared to existing works that also consider asynchronous collaborative perception, CoDynTrust combats various low-quality information in temporally asynchronous scenarios and allows uncertainty to be propagated to downstream tasks such as planning and control. Experimental results demonstrate that CoDynTrust significantly reduces performance degradation caused by temporal asynchrony across multiple datasets, achieving state-of-the-art detection performance even with temporal asynchrony. The code is available at https://github.com/CrazyShout/CoDynTrust.

DeepAudio-V1:Towards Multi-Modal Multi-Stage End-to-End Video to Speech and Audio Generation

Currently, high-quality, synchronized audio is synthesized using various multi-modal joint learning frameworks, leveraging video and optional text inputs. In the video-to-audio benchmarks, video-to-audio quality, semantic alignment, and audio-visual synchronization are effectively achieved. However, in real-world scenarios, speech and audio often coexist in videos simultaneously, and the end-to-end generation of synchronous speech and audio given video and text conditions are not well studied. Therefore, we propose an end-to-end multi-modal generation framework that simultaneously produces speech and audio based on video and text conditions. Furthermore, the advantages of video-to-audio (V2A) models for generating speech from videos remain unclear. The proposed framework, DeepAudio, consists of a video-to-audio (V2A) module, a text-to-speech (TTS) module, and a dynamic mixture of modality fusion (MoF) module. In the evaluation, the proposed end-to-end framework achieves state-of-the-art performance on the video-audio benchmark, video-speech benchmark, and text-speech benchmark. In detail, our framework achieves comparable results in the comparison with state-of-the-art models for the video-audio and text-speech benchmarks, and surpassing state-of-the-art models in the video-speech benchmark, with WER 16.57% to 3.15% (+80.99%), SPK-SIM 78.30% to 89.38% (+14.15%), EMO-SIM 66.24% to 75.56% (+14.07%), MCD 8.59 to 7.98 (+7.10%), MCD SL 11.05 to 9.40 (+14.93%) across a variety of dubbing settings.

Asynchronous Pipeline Parallelism for Real-Time Multilingual Lip Synchronization in Video Communication Systems

This paper introduces a parallel and asynchronous Transformer framework designed for efficient and accurate multilingual lip synchronization in real-time video conferencing systems. The proposed architecture integrates translation, speech processing, and lip-synchronization modules within a pipeline-parallel design that enables concurrent module execution through message-queue-based decoupling, reducing end-to-end latency by up to 3.1 times compared to sequential approaches. To enhance computational efficiency and throughput, the inference workflow of each module is optimized through low-level graph compilation, mixed-precision quantization, and hardware-accelerated kernel fusion. These optimizations provide substantial gains in efficiency while preserving model accuracy and visual quality. In addition, a context-adaptive silence-detection component segments the input speech stream at semantically coherent boundaries, improving translation consistency and temporal alignment across languages. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed parallel architecture outperforms conventional sequential pipelines in processing speed, synchronization stability, and resource utilization. The modular, message-oriented design makes this work applicable to resource-constrained IoT communication scenarios including telemedicine, multilingual kiosks, and remote assistance systems. Overall, this work advances the development of low-latency, resource-efficient multimodal communication frameworks for next-generation AIoT systems.

SyncTalk++: High-Fidelity and Efficient Synchronized Talking Heads Synthesis Using Gaussian Splatting

Achieving high synchronization in the synthesis of realistic, speech-driven talking head videos presents a significant challenge. A lifelike talking head requires synchronized coordination of subject identity, lip movements, facial expressions, and head poses. The absence of these synchronizations is a fundamental flaw, leading to unrealistic results. To address the critical issue of synchronization, identified as the ''devil'' in creating realistic talking heads, we introduce SyncTalk++, which features a Dynamic Portrait Renderer with Gaussian Splatting to ensure consistent subject identity preservation and a Face-Sync Controller that aligns lip movements with speech while innovatively using a 3D facial blendshape model to reconstruct accurate facial expressions. To ensure natural head movements, we propose a Head-Sync Stabilizer, which optimizes head poses for greater stability. Additionally, SyncTalk++ enhances robustness to out-of-distribution (OOD) audio by incorporating an Expression Generator and a Torso Restorer, which generate speech-matched facial expressions and seamless torso regions. Our approach maintains consistency and continuity in visual details across frames and significantly improves rendering speed and quality, achieving up to 101 frames per second. Extensive experiments and user studies demonstrate that SyncTalk++ outperforms state-of-the-art methods in synchronization and realism. MUSt3R: Multi-view Network for Stereo 3D Reconstruction

DUSt3R introduced a novel paradigm in geometric computer vision by proposing a model that can provide dense and unconstrained Stereo 3D Reconstruction of arbitrary image collections with no prior information about camera calibration nor viewpoint poses. Under the hood, however, DUSt3R processes image pairs, regressing local 3D reconstructions that need to be aligned in a global coordinate system. The number of pairs, growing quadratically, is an inherent limitation that becomes especially concerning for robust and fast optimization in the case of large image collections. In this paper, we propose an extension of DUSt3R from pairs to multiple views, that addresses all aforementioned concerns. Indeed, we propose a Multi-view Network for Stereo 3D Reconstruction, or MUSt3R, that modifies the DUSt3R architecture by making it symmetric and extending it to directly predict 3D structure for all views in a common coordinate frame. Second, we entail the model with a multi-layer memory mechanism which allows to reduce the computational complexity and to scale the reconstruction to large collections, inferring thousands of 3D pointmaps at high frame-rates with limited added complexity. The framework is designed to perform 3D reconstruction both offline and online, and hence can be seamlessly applied to SfM and visual SLAM scenarios showing state-of-the-art performance on various 3D downstream tasks, including uncalibrated Visual Odometry, relative camera pose, scale and focal estimation, 3D reconstruction and multi-view depth estimation.

M2I2HA: Multi-modal Object Detection Based on Intra- and Inter-Modal Hypergraph Attention

Recent advances in multi-modal detection have significantly improved detection accuracy in challenging environments (e.g., low light, overexposure). By integrating RGB with modalities such as thermal and depth, multi-modal fusion increases data redundancy and system robustness. However, significant challenges remain in effectively extracting task-relevant information both within and across modalities, as well as in achieving precise cross-modal alignment. While CNNs excel at feature extraction, they are limited by constrained receptive fields, strong inductive biases, and difficulty in capturing long-range dependencies. Transformer-based models offer global context but suffer from quadratic computational complexity and are confined to pairwise correlation modeling. Mamba and other State Space Models (SSMs), on the other hand, are hindered by their sequential scanning mechanism, which flattens 2D spatial structures into 1D sequences, disrupting topological relationships and limiting the modeling of complex higher-order dependencies. To address these issues, we propose a multi-modal perception network based on hypergraph theory called M2I2HA. Our architecture includes an Intra-Hypergraph Enhancement module to capture global many-to-many high-order relationships within each modality, and an Inter-Hypergraph Fusion module to align, enhance, and fuse cross-modal features by bridging configuration and spatial gaps between data sources. We further introduce a M2-FullPAD module to enable adaptive multi-level fusion of multi-modal enhanced features within the network, meanwhile enhancing data distribution and flow across the architecture. Extensive object detection experiments on multiple public datasets against baselines demonstrate that M2I2HA achieves state-of-the-art performance in multi-modal object detection tasks.

Tinker: Diffusion's Gift to 3D--Multi-View Consistent Editing From Sparse Inputs without Per-Scene Optimization

We introduce Tinker, a versatile framework for high-fidelity 3D editing that operates in both one-shot and few-shot regimes without any per-scene finetuning. Unlike prior techniques that demand extensive per-scene optimization to ensure multi-view consistency or to produce dozens of consistent edited input views, Tinker delivers robust, multi-view consistent edits from as few as one or two images. This capability stems from repurposing pretrained diffusion models, which unlocks their latent 3D awareness. To drive research in this space, we curate the first large-scale multi-view editing dataset and data pipeline, spanning diverse scenes and styles. Building on this dataset, we develop our framework capable of generating multi-view consistent edited views without per-scene training, which consists of two novel components: (1) Referring multi-view editor: Enables precise, reference-driven edits that remain coherent across all viewpoints. (2) Any-view-to-video synthesizer: Leverages spatial-temporal priors from video diffusion to perform high-quality scene completion and novel-view generation even from sparse inputs. Through extensive experiments, Tinker significantly reduces the barrier to generalizable 3D content creation, achieving state-of-the-art performance on editing, novel-view synthesis, and rendering enhancement tasks. We believe that Tinker represents a key step towards truly scalable, zero-shot 3D editing. Project webpage: https://aim-uofa.github.io/Tinker

SpatialDreamer: Self-supervised Stereo Video Synthesis from Monocular Input

Stereo video synthesis from a monocular input is a demanding task in the fields of spatial computing and virtual reality. The main challenges of this task lie on the insufficiency of high-quality paired stereo videos for training and the difficulty of maintaining the spatio-temporal consistency between frames. Existing methods primarily address these issues by directly applying novel view synthesis (NVS) techniques to video, while facing limitations such as the inability to effectively represent dynamic scenes and the requirement for large amounts of training data. In this paper, we introduce a novel self-supervised stereo video synthesis paradigm via a video diffusion model, termed SpatialDreamer, which meets the challenges head-on. Firstly, to address the stereo video data insufficiency, we propose a Depth based Video Generation module DVG, which employs a forward-backward rendering mechanism to generate paired videos with geometric and temporal priors. Leveraging data generated by DVG, we propose RefinerNet along with a self-supervised synthetic framework designed to facilitate efficient and dedicated training. More importantly, we devise a consistency control module, which consists of a metric of stereo deviation strength and a Temporal Interaction Learning module TIL for geometric and temporal consistency ensurance respectively. We evaluated the proposed method against various benchmark methods, with the results showcasing its superior performance.

JavisDiT++: Unified Modeling and Optimization for Joint Audio-Video Generation

AIGC has rapidly expanded from text-to-image generation toward high-quality multimodal synthesis across video and audio. Within this context, joint audio-video generation (JAVG) has emerged as a fundamental task that produces synchronized and semantically aligned sound and vision from textual descriptions. However, compared with advanced commercial models such as Veo3, existing open-source methods still suffer from limitations in generation quality, temporal synchrony, and alignment with human preferences. To bridge the gap, this paper presents JavisDiT++, a concise yet powerful framework for unified modeling and optimization of JAVG. First, we introduce a modality-specific mixture-of-experts (MS-MoE) design that enables cross-modal interaction efficacy while enhancing single-modal generation quality. Then, we propose a temporal-aligned RoPE (TA-RoPE) strategy to achieve explicit, frame-level synchronization between audio and video tokens. Besides, we develop an audio-video direct preference optimization (AV-DPO) method to align model outputs with human preference across quality, consistency, and synchrony dimensions. Built upon Wan2.1-1.3B-T2V, our model achieves state-of-the-art performance merely with around 1M public training entries, significantly outperforming prior approaches in both qualitative and quantitative evaluations. Comprehensive ablation studies have been conducted to validate the effectiveness of our proposed modules. All the code, model, and dataset are released at https://JavisVerse.github.io/JavisDiT2-page.

LiveStre4m: Feed-Forward Live Streaming of Novel Views from Unposed Multi-View Video

Live-streaming Novel View Synthesis (NVS) from unposed multi-view video remains an open challenge in a wide range of applications. Existing methods for dynamic scene representation typically require ground-truth camera parameters and involve lengthy optimizations (approx 2.67s), which makes them unsuitable for live streaming scenarios. To address this issue, we propose a novel viewpoint video live-streaming method (LiveStre4m), a feed-forward model for real-time NVS from unposed sparse multi-view inputs. LiveStre4m introduces a multi-view vision transformer for keyframe 3D scene reconstruction coupled with a diffusion-transformer interpolation module that ensures temporal consistency and stable streaming. In addition, a Camera Pose Predictor module is proposed to efficiently estimate both poses and intrinsics directly from RGB images, removing the reliance on known camera calibration information. Our approach enables temporally consistent novel-view video streaming in real-time using as few as two synchronized unposed input streams. LiveStre4m attains an average reconstruction time of 0.07s per-frame at 1024 times 768 resolution, outperforming the optimization-based dynamic scene representation methods by orders of magnitude in runtime. These results demonstrate that LiveStre4m makes real-time NVS streaming feasible in practical settings, marking a substantial step toward deployable live novel-view synthesis systems. M2S-AVSR: Modality-aware Multi-view Self-supervised Representation for Robust Audio-Visual Speech Recognition

Audio-Visual Speech Recognition (AVSR) enhances speech recognition robustness by leveraging visual cues, while real-world scenarios remain challenging due to viewpoint variation, audio distortion, and visual occlusion, which degrade modality quality and increase audio-visual asynchrony. In this paper, we propose a novel Modality-aware Multi-view Self-supervised representation framework for robust Audio-Visual Speech Recognition (M2S-AVSR). First, we introduce a multi-view representation learning encoder to learn view-invariant visual speech representations. Next, we employ a modality-aware module that explicitly models modality quality and cross-modal synchrony to perform fine-grained modality-aware fusion, enabling fine-grained visual information injection during decoding. In addition, we present AISHELL8-RealScene, a public multi-scenario, multi-view conversational audio-visual dataset recorded in real-world environments, and establish a speech recognition benchmark on it. Experiments on English and Mandarin benchmarks demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method under challenging conditions. On LRS3, M2S-AVSR achieves up to 29.4% relative improvement under viewpoint perturbation and visual degradation settings. Our method also achieves new state-of-the-art performance on the MISP2021-AVSR test set. On AISHELL8-RealScene, it achieves the best result in outdoor scenes. The proposed method and dataset provide useful support for future research on robust speech and multimodal tasks under realistic conditions.

MVCustom: Multi-View Customized Diffusion via Geometric Latent Rendering and Completion

Multi-view generation with camera pose control and prompt-based customization are both essential elements for achieving controllable generative models. However, existing multi-view generation models do not support customization with geometric consistency, whereas customization models lack explicit viewpoint control, making them challenging to unify. Motivated by these gaps, we introduce a novel task, multi-view customization, which aims to jointly achieve multi-view camera pose control and customization. Due to the scarcity of training data in customization, existing multi-view generation models, which inherently rely on large-scale datasets, struggle to generalize to diverse prompts. To address this, we propose MVCustom, a novel diffusion-based framework explicitly designed to achieve both multi-view consistency and customization fidelity. In the training stage, MVCustom learns the subject's identity and geometry using a feature-field representation, incorporating the text-to-video diffusion backbone enhanced with dense spatio-temporal attention, which leverages temporal coherence for multi-view consistency. In the inference stage, we introduce two novel techniques: depth-aware feature rendering explicitly enforces geometric consistency, and consistent-aware latent completion ensures accurate perspective alignment of the customized subject and surrounding backgrounds. Extensive experiments demonstrate that MVCustom is the only framework that simultaneously achieves faithful multi-view generation and customization.
